<I saw an early prototype of the IPC Standard 1572 Declaration form.  It had
places for entry of values and units on the second page.  Perhaps Fern
Abram can verify this?  I'm sure we will discuss it at the NIST Workshop
Declarations Session on 10/6 because NIST is participating in the
development of the 157x series of standards.>

Yes

It has a pull down menu where all of the (committee, company) agreed upon
substances can be selected for furthur entry in other fields. The list
comes intially from the JIG.
