The best place I can think of is to go to a yahoo search through
manufacturing/electronics/materials/makers/solders&fluxes--This will get you
a list of web sites of solder manufacturers.  Alpha Metals and Indium Corp.,
I know, have lead-free sections you can check out.  I found a reference at
www.indium.com for a 89Sn/8Zn/3Bi solder in a paper in their Pb-free
section.
