Hello, all
I am planning reliability verification for our RoHS compliant
assemblies. I already qualified the mechanical assemblies (rather
simple, as there was only a minor change, of changing 3V-Cr into 6V-Cr).
I am facing the electronic assembly (6-10 BGAs, 596 to 1440 balls each)
qualification. I am trying to find some references to qualification test
procedures, or at least guidelines to build it.
