Not only folks going to lead free, but also those out there who are using a high
temperature reflow process would be interested as well.

Where is everyone? Don't tell me that all lead-free questions have been
resolved!

Are there any component folks on the group now? If so, do any of you have any
comments as to the ramifications of increasing reflow peak temps to 240C, 250C,
260C, etc.? We were discussing reliability issues a couple of weeks ago, but I'm
not sure how many questions actually were resolved.
