Compliant Electronics for EU Applications
March 13-14, 2007
Hosted by One Source Group, in Dallas, TX
Complying with the regulations developed by the European Union is
becoming one of the biggest challenges facing designers, fabricators,
and assemblers that participate in the electronics interconnection
industry. The development of new rules that restrict the use of certain
substances in electronics has caught the imagination of legislators
throughout the world. As a result, it is now required to not only design
reliable products and have them built under high quality conditions, but
also to define the materials that were used in producing the equipment.
This two-day workshop explores the actions necessary to be an active
player in tomorrow's electronics industry.
