What is the next step from the recommendation of 1 June for 7 SVHCs to be
authorised for used in articles?  When will it become official and in force?

Scott,

Until any substance is removed from the candidate list (and none of the
original 15 have), they are still subject to all the obligations. So the 8
that have not yet been submitted to the Commission for authorization must
still be disclosed per art. 33, etc., as must the 7 that have been.
