Thanks, I am still reading and digesting all the Tin Whiskers notes that
were posted in July.

For those list members who want additional information strive to find a
copy of IEEE's Transactions on CP&MT (Components Packaging and
Manufacturing Technology). In the June 2004 issue is an open forum section
that discusses mitigation strategies and a Proposed Standard for 5 Levels
of Mitigation / Control depending on product or customer.
