Good catches Steve.  I've seen that segment of Engineering Disasters. Wish 
they would update it as it was done in 2004 and as we know, RoHS didn't kick 
in until 2006.  Interesting that people keep forgetting that pure tin (matte 
or bright) will grow whiskers.
