What seems to be the general consensus on products which do not fall
within the ten categories of WEEE described in the directive.

Test equipment comes to mind. It does not fit into any one of the 10
categories. If pushed, it seems like it might fit under category 9 and
thus subject to WEE but not RoHS (yet).

Any manufacturers of this type of equipment out there looked at this
question?
Is it regulated at all?

Thanks
Dan

Hi Chris,

People have lots of strange picas. An unfortunate case (if it is real)
but
electronic insulation, however tasty, (and like electronics in general)
is not
generally considered a food stuff ... ;-)

Cheers,
Joe
