it should comply with 94/62/EC, not WEEE/RoHS.>

Wow Ray, you have your thinking cap on.

For the many applications of an RFID tag you are thinking about things do
get complex.

94/62/EC that he gave us.

P.S-2 I have to go read that EU FAQ again since DanK wrote that he read the
section on RFID's differently than me.
