Hi Everybody,

based on the status of the WEEE progress and the need to establish a new
plating system for at least all solder plated products which run actual
in tin lead alloys I am looking for chemistry companies which provides
leadfree plating sytem.

I am working with a semiconductor company in Germany and we are looking
for trial runs in leadfree like SnAg, SnCu or others. The status is
actual that there are some solutions available but which seems to be not
that stable in reel-to-reel plating lines.

If any company or expirience is know about platings system for
reel-to-reel (jet plating) I would appriciate your comments.
