An interpretation might be "instructions" = manuals

I am not exactly sure where you will use these manuals. My guess is at
the

recycling, reuse centres/centers.

 

I haven't seen any approved verbiage, yet I would expect that you would

always point the user to the WEEE Directive and any updates to add some

level of comfort to the user.
