Hi Genny, Pratap, CA-JoeFj, IPC LF Listservers,

<== Your question that interests me
We have a survey to fill out regarding one of our products. One part
states: Semiconductor component package based on PTFE substrate is not
allowed
<===

Pratap and Joe already gave you good information.

Why would they ask you this question?
 This would be my first question back at them.
 Why are they expecting PTFE inside of a semiconductor package
 as the base subtrate.

Do you build hybrid specialty circuits?

Yours in Engineering, Dave
