Yes they do as a matter of fact, although I believe that two countries have
ruled that the power cords do not, which I find surprising.

Do speakers, headphones and microphones that do not need power source to
operate fall into the scope of WEEE Directive and require the marking of
wheeled bin symbol?  Your advice is appreciated.
