There are a few papers where SERA (Sequential Electrochemical Reduction
Analysis) has been used to capture this type of information.  I would
expect that the people at Tin Technology could help you as well.

What I'm searching is information like:

- oxide growth dependend from temperature and/or time
- measurement of oxid thickness
- type of oxides (SnO, ....)
