The limit of 0.1% w/w is used in REACH regulation while 0.1 mg/kg of the
weight of the product or part of the product used in DMF directive.  They
all are of chemical requirements and DMF may eventually fall into Restricted
substances of REACH regulation.  Why do they use different unit?
