If your product is in the GHz part of the spectrum with critical Zo
characteristics, I would recommend a functionality check. Changes in the
flux residue and, above all, the dielectric constant of the substrate
with Br-free may alter the characteristic impedance. This may require
small retouches in the PCB design. This is not a requalification, which
should not be necessary.
