Dear all,

After a thorough search on the websites of the European Union, I was
confronted again with the fact that the best way to hide a document forever
is to put it on the European website. The former drafts on WEEE can be found
on several sites, but I never
found anything in official Europe.

The next draft on WEEE is due around Easter 2000, which it now. It is highly
probable that the "ban-of-lead" paragraph will be drastically changed so, I
am very curious about its contents and so are all of you, I suppose.
Question to all:  As soon as anyone has discovered that the draft has been
publishes, please shout it out loudly to this forum and include the website
from which it can be downloaded easily.
