For some large suppliers (i.e., semiconductors), they may have a statement
on their website but will not supply any test reports to their buyers.  The
statement actually is unclear if all their existing products or the new
models comply with RoHS Directive.  Should we accept such DoC as proof of
RoHS compliance?
