On these numbers it seems likely that the electronics consumption of lead is so tiny it is probably smaller than the accuracy with which the total lead usage is known/reported. 

In other words all our efforts will result in no measurable impact on world lead usage. In addition, so far as I understand from the dialogue on this forum, putting Pb back in the ground probably doesn't do anything either. 

I am glad that's all clear then. ☺

I've seen it put at ~0.1%, but I cannot substantiate it.
