Specification and Characterization Methods for Nonwoven "E" Glass Mat

IPC-4130 determines the nomenclature, definitions and physical requirements for mat
made from nonwoven "E" glass fibers.  This specification also provides physical
characteristics of the mat required to meet the design and performance requirements
of the PWBs.  Released September 1998.
