Specification and Characterization Methods for Nonwoven Cellulose Based Paper for
Printed Boards

IPC-4110 determines the nomenclature, and general, chemical and physical requirements
of paper made from cellulosic fibers.  This specification also provides physical and
chemical characteristics for paper required to meet the design and performance
requirements of PWBs.  Released August 1998.
