Dear Colleagues,

We anticipate some difficulties with IPC email, web sites, and email forums during the first two weeks of January due to some challenges with a necessary ISP changeover.  We are doing everything possible to minimize disruption to IPC activities and communications.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
