The D-33a IPC-6012 and 7-31a IPC-A-600 Task Groups will be meeting next week at the IPC Annual Meeting in New Orleans, LA.

The D-33a task group will meet on Sunday, November 3rd from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm in room Burgundy C.

The 7-31a task group will meet on Tuesday, November 5th from 9:45 am - 12:00 pm in room, you guessed it, Burgundy C.


A copy of the 3rd Working Draft of IPC-6012B is available for download off the IPC Committee Home Page located at:

Just select the D-30 Rigid PWB Committee and then select the D-33 Subcomittee and then D-33a task group.  Select the "Draft" link to the right of the web page.

A copy of the IPC-A-600G Strawman will be available onsite at New Orleans.

Discuss inclusion of embedded passives criteria in IPC-6012B

Discuss appending "user-supplier" agreement verbiage with default values where possible in the IPC-6012B, per Expo 2002 discussion.

Review action plan for development of IPC-A-600G in synch with IPC-6012B.

7-31a IPC-A-600 Agenda

Review IPC-A-600G Strawman Draft with comments by Bob Neves and John Perry

Review need for updated graphics/text for new flex constructions (adhesiveless).

Review collection of new photos for the G Revision.
