This might be a proper occasion to address some of the premises of Charles
Dolci and Gordon Davy re "global warming". Everything they write on the
subject assumes that political alarmism motivates concern about human
contributions to the well-documented GW phenomena. The inference is that
political opportunism of Al Gore, etc. is really the problem. GW is
really due to sunspots or the like, so there is nothing we can do. Let's
just ignore the human factor.

I wish they would google Nathan Lewis of Caltech. Unlike the Pope or Al
Gore, he is a scientist. He has no political agenda, but he is a superb
researcher, objective enough to say that no-one knows the balance of
causes in the mix. The evidence for human emissions of environmental
pollution is indisputable. Why not address the problem that we can control
and let the sun do its own thing?

Thanks for your pro-activity for our environment. And Season's Greetings,
even to those anti-environmentalists.
