Hi Dave,

As has been pointed out, The Tipping Point is a very entertaining read.
Malcolm Gladwell also wrote Blink in which he examines quick decisions and how we
make them. Almost like a tipping point in the brain when things appear
intuitively obvious but only to a mind that has been appropriately programmed (or
loaded?) with the right information.

The hard part is getting the "right" information in which might be best
defined as fundamental truths or ideals... and even that has some problems
because different cultural beliefs and predispositions often paint the truth in
their own way. Alas, it is the human being being human.

Very best,
Joe
