Hi Brian and Dave

There are clearly significantly different opinions and projections on this
matter. Unfortunately, none that are here and alive today are likely to live
to see which way it ultimately plays out. With the many confounding factors
that have been identified such as earth orbit, tilt, wobble, volcanism,
natural forest fires, unnatural deforestation and the like, it is difficult to make
concrete statements. The North pole must have at one time been a tropical
paradise given the oil reserves found there and they predate mankind by a year
to two so we had little to do with that one... ;-) . In the end, Brian's
comment above is one that I have long tried to hold to. I would add to that the
thoughtful words of Ghandi "Live simply so that others can simply live"

Also Happy Veteran's (also Armistice) Day to those who have served as well
as those have stayed behind to keep things going while those who served were
gone. Don't let go of any visions of peace you might have.

Best,
Joe
