I am out of the office until 06/09/2008.

I will be out of the office 5/27-6/6.  Arpan and Colin will provide
managerial coverage for 5/27-5/30 and 6/2-6/6, respectively.  Dan & Chas
will cover technical issues for Litho cluster and Metrology, respectively;
otherwise, lotus notes.
