Imbera makes slimmer printed circuit boards
Esmerk Finnish News
Talouselämä, 19 Apr 2007, :- Finnish Imbera Electronics has created new
technology for slimmer printed circuit boards. It has sold the first
license to Finnish electronic components manufacturer Aspocomp, which has
reduced its ownership in Imbera. The plan is to sell licenses to several
electronics manufacturers in 2007.
With Imbera?s novel Integrated Module Board technology, components are
embedded in printed circuit boards, not joined on the surface. This allows
devices such as mobile phones to become a few millimeters thinner. In
addition, Imbera?s technology improves the joining of components, reducing
unwanted signals in circuit boards.
