McGregor of DuPont RTP and Subcommittee Vice Chairs, Rocky Hilburn of
Ticer Technologies and Mahendra Gandhi of Northrop Grumman in a D-52
Embedded Technologies Materials teleconference on Wednesday, December
20. 

The primary agenda item for this teleconference is continuing to push
IPC-4811 through to its next development stage: the Final Draft.  An
updated Working Draft 12 will be posted by next Tuesday, December 19 in
