The latest working draft for the IPC-2316 Design Guide for Embedded
Passive Devices is available for download at the D-37a detail page,

There has been significant change to section 4 on resistors as well as
section 5 on capacitors based on discussions during the January 2005
Tempe, AZ Interim Meetings.  

 

We will be reviewing the updated draft during the Monday, February 21st
D-37a task group meeting taking place from 8:00 am - 10:00 am in Room
304B of the Anaheim Convention Center as part of IPC Printed Circuits
Expo/APEX/Designers Summit 2005.
