Speaking of the "Mica days," I'd like to make a slight correction to the 
article. The Mica resistive material is still in production and has 
become the industry standard for thin-film embedded resistors. It has 
been marketed under the trade name of OhmegaPly® since 1983 when Ohmega 
Technologies, Inc became a separate company.
