Hi All, Disregard the 1st e-mail... I must rephrase my question... can anyone help me with the IPC spec that show's the soldermask thickness allowed for assembly with BGA's... I'm having a problem with "raised via" on bare boards from one of our vendors... should I spec the thickness on the drill drawing for the soldermask...? if so, what would the IPC standard for assembly of BGA and other SMD...?
