San Diego Chapter of the IPC Designers Council is pleased to present the
following:

Wednesday July 20th, 2005 @ 6:00PM at Kyocera Wireless in San Diego

Sean Mirshafiei of ISOLA Industries

       presenting

"Next Generation High Speed, Lead-Free Compatible Materials"

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!!! This meeting is a great opportunity to get your
questions answered from a ISOLA Representative directly. Get help with
selection of materials and applications.

"The objective of this presentation is to update PCB designers and others in
the printed circuit industry about the factors and influences for both high
speed digital applications and lead-free assembly requirements used in
today's PCB materials. These have had profound influence on the circuit
substrate attributes, which we need to consider when selecting PCB
materials. This presentation will help explain these board material
characteristics in detail so that PCB designers and others can make informed
decisions when selecting or improving the materials used in their designs."

Sean Mirshafiei holds the position of Director, High Speed Digital Materials
with Isola Group. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Engineering from California State Polytechnic University (1995). Prior to
joining Isola Group, Sean held various engineering positions in the PCB
industry. He may be reached by email: [log in to unmask]
