Our Mechanical group uses SDRC. We get an error on the Mechanical side
reading the modeled library. It seems like a setup problem on SDRC. As
best we can tell we are doing every thing per the documentation, still it
does not see the library.

I am encouraged by your success. Does Pro-E extrude the 3-D parts from
the IDF file or does it use modeled parts?

Yes, we routinely transfer data between Supermax E-CAD and Pro-engineer
using the IDF format.
What kind of errors do you get ?
