Bob,
Sounds like the "hgl" file association link could be in the Registry without
being listed in the "Options, File Type" menu. If you have access to a
Registry editor, you can try to locate and delete the responsible statement.
I've seen old, no longer needed file associations hidden in various "ini"
files, too, especially the win.ini file. Let me know the solution to this
problem, I run NT4 SP5 where I'm at now.
