Richard,
Check out Panasonic and use DigiKey and Newark as a source for part
numbers and manufactures of Caps. You can find a lot of good information
that way along with what parts are more common that others. Hope that
helps...

Subject: [DC] SMD Alum Electro Caps
Hi Everyone,
I am looking for the smallest SMD Aluminum Electrolytic
Caps, rated
at 35V, that I can find. If you know of any good sources for caps,
please
pass them along. Thank you very much for your help.
Richard
