needed???

Happy New Year to all....
I have a very dense packaging problem and
one of the trade offs is to reduce the .1uF
capacitor to a 0402 style, BUT it must be an
EIA code "X7R" !!! Does anyone, on the bleeding
edge of technology ;->, know of such an animal.
Any and all suggestions will be appreciated,.
