Thanks George... that's good input.

I incorporated some of it into the descriptions I have on the website...
I'll do some more in a little while when I get a break...
I think we need something for the more advanced designer/engineers and Cad
librarians too... Perhaps I can borrow some of these ideas and get a little
closer to a descent job description page.
