The Houston chapter of the IPC Designers Council was working on a checklist for
designers. You might want to contact the current president, Raul Perez
([log in to unmask]) or the past president, Max Thorson ([log in to unmask]).

Also, if you don't already have it; IPC-2221, Generic Standard for Printed Board
Design ($25 for IPC members and $50 for nonmembers). It is available through the IPC.
