Hello all,

is there any standard for marking the polarity for THT components,
like electrolytic components, if there is no silk screen with a
thick, white kathode bar?
I know ICs have often round pads, and number 1 is square, but how do
you handle diodes, tantal caps etc.? a small + or - sign in the
copper near the pin, or one pad (which one: 1, 2, +, - ?) square, the
other round?

Thanx, regards
Matthias Mansfeld
