The next meeting of the Houston IPC designer's council will be
     sponsored by Baker-Atlas on:

        Tuesday March 9, 1999
        at Baker Atlas, located on the Baker Hughes center
        10201 Westheimer (1 block east of the corner of Beltway 8 and
           Westheimer)
        Houston, Texas 77042

     The topic of this meeting will be:
     "The results of implementing techniques learned from the high speed
     design seminar"
     This topic will be presented by Randy Collins, (our new president),
     and members are encouraged to bring their experiences to share in a
     discussion following the presentation.

     We will also be holding elections for vacant Board of Directors
     positions.

     Social hour (and dinner) starts at 6:30 and the meeting will begin at
     7:30. Dinner is to be catered by Big Daddy's BBQ at a cost of $5 a
     plate.
