Bob,
I have experience with FR370HR & FR406 for 8-12 layer heavy Cu (2 &amp; 3 oz)
PCBs with Blind/Buried via technology – exposed to lead free (+260C) reflow.
Found the FR370HR to be “bullet proof” the FR406 no so much - hole wall
cracking issues! Caveat – PCBs from 2 different fabricators, so not exactly
comparing like with like.
The FR370HR & the IS410 are both phenolic cured laminates giving a Td
(Decomposition Temp) in the region of +350Deg C, the IS410 is Dicy cured Td
is in the 300C range. If your design is similar to the spec above then I
would not choose IS410.
