There is a company Concurrent CAE Solution that has a product called EDA
Publisher.  This software supposedly converts Multiple formats of CAD data
to Cadence. I believe the software will convert ORCAD to Cadence but maybe
only to Cadence SCALD.  The phone number for CCAES is 408-934-1116 or
http://www.ccaes.com CCAES is a third party partner of Cadence.
