Dear all,

Does somebody know what FR4 breakdown voltage is? Any IPC spec on it?
Does somebody study about the pointed shapes formed by two vias close to each other on power plane. The pointed shapes
cause intenvise E-Field and degrade the FR4 perfomance.
Any papers on it?
