Hello Tech Netters
We have a customer spec for a board that says: GFN0620
I know it's FR4 (GF=Glass Fiber) and the thickness is .062 (0620)
But, what does the "N" designate?
As a side note, what IPC Spec covers these definitions? (not in 600 or
6012)
Thanks
Tom
