An IPC DEsigners Council Chapter has not been formed in Southern California
yet. here have been a number of inquiries, such as yours but nothing formal.
I will be compiling a list if inquiries and seeing if a group of you would
like to get together and get one formed. It doesn't take much of an effort,
just an initial champion to hel me get it started.

If you would like to be part of that team, please met me know.
