I highly recommend Martin O'Hara's book - EMC at Component and PCB Level

I spent all last week with Martin in Melbourne Australia and we were teaching classes at the (IPC) SMCBA conference for 3 days. Martin had 67 PCB designer's and EE engineer's in his class last Thursday.

I second Jack's suggestion! Dr Archambeault's book is the best I've ever seen on EMI for the PCB design world. It's very thorough yet easy to read and understand. He also teaches classes and is definately someone to see, if you get the chance.
