I have been do this so long that I remember when customer service was fee. Does this email service have a fee yet?

Yes I too have asked this question, and they will transfer a license for $500
The seller just needs to state, I believe in writing, to Altium you want to do this
And who the buyer would be. They used to also give you 1 year of support for that
Not sure they do that now?
