As an addendum to my previous post, I want to add that if you intend to mask
over the via holes with an LPI mask, there is maximum to the size of hole
you can do this to.  If memory serve me, I believe it's around 0.018".
Beyond that, the LPI no longer slumps into the hole, but tends to run down
the barrel, not a good thing.
